Basic Intensive Training

Choice Theory, Reality Therapy and Lead Management

(CT/RT/LM)

Workplaces today are dynamic environments that focus on fostering positive and engaging atmospheres, providing high-quality instruction, and equipping individuals with the skills and knowledge needed to thrive in a rapidly changing world. More than ever, leaders understand that mental well-being and positive relationships are crucial, and understanding human behaviour is fundamental to being effective in today’s workplace.

Our program is designed to give professionals and leaders a deep understanding of how and why humans behave the way they do. Grasping the purpose of behavior enables participants to develop insights into helping people gain more effective control of their lives. Without understanding how the brain works and the psychology of behavior, implementing strategies to promote personal responsibility often fails. Many organisations have found that incorporating the principles of Choice Theory (CT), Reality Therapy (RT), and Lead Management (LM) has led to improved outcomes, reduced stress, and an enhanced ability to manage conflicts effectively.

This interactive training is based on a powerful internal framework where participants are taught internationally recognized theories and strategies to foster a supportive, caring environment through building healthy relationships. Management techniques based on coercion and rewards are replaced by practices that shift the definition of, and desire for, success to the individual. Leaders and support staff become collaborative facilitators, empowering everyone to reach their highest potential.

We invite you to be a part of this exceptional opportunity for personal and professional growth.
