  • Who Controls You? Why do you allow some people to control you and yet you won’t allow others to do so? If you believe that the world around you controls you, it could be said that you are externally controlled. But in reality, is that really true? During this interactive and fun short course you will learn to self-evaluate and practice happiness more successfully. You will explore your beliefs and consider if they still serve you the way you want them to.

  • The concepts of Choice Theory® will be presented for you to decide whether you think this theory of behaviour is accurate for you. You will be able to use these concepts to become aware of your behaviour, be able to assess the reasons you are making the choices you are making, self-evaluate how effective your choices are, and learn to plan for actions that will create the life you want to live.

  • As your perspective changes and you gain more effective control over your behaviour you will have greater capacity for self -acceptance and become less critical of others. You will gain personal insight into important values for which you have been yearning and increase your happiness to get along better with the people in your life. Your relationships will become stronger and more positive, and you will notice improvements to your health
